Its often said that managing people/manpower is the most challenging one. ICATCH also specializes in Volunteer Management. We deal with all aspects of volunteer management from recruiting and training to deployment of trainers. The assortment of projects in our past have been highly treasured and appreciated by our clients leading to long term relationships. We actively participated in organizing a range of projects like the World Military Games, the 6th Junior Men’s Asian Hockey Cup and the 34th National Games (yet to commence), which undoubtedly were greatly accomplished with our enthusiasm. Developing and further enhancing the team spirit is what we focus on. Togetherness makes a difference and the volunteers are taught exactly the same whilst being trained. Integrity of a team with one vision and mission is bound to be a success, hence our claim to be one of the best in Volunteer Management.
